1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached
  • Original packaging and protective liners intact
  • Items not marked as “Final Sale”

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at TheRoseBoutiques.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select items for return and print label
  4. Ship within 7 days of request

3. Refund Processing

  • 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • $7.95 return shipping fee deducted (except for defective items)

4. Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Refund + repurchase system (no direct exchanges)
  • Price adjustments if item goes on sale within 14 days

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal broken)
  • Earrings (for health reasons)
  • Custom/made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards

6. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 72 hours with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Order number
  • We’ll provide prepaid return label

7. International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
